I have been an avid traveler for many years. I truly love “all things cruise” and hope to share that love, my experience, and the knowledge that I have acquired from my specialist trainings with my clients. I have been on multiple cruises with different cruise lines to itineraries such as Alaska, the Eastern and Western Caribbean, the Baltic Sea, the Norwegian coast and North Cape, as well as a Transatlantic voyage. Cruises are a beautiful and accessible way to experience the world…traveling in your own floating hotel.
The travel bug took hold very early in my adult life following a tour to Europe in high school, and it simply won’t let go…thank goodness! Because of that, I have also made European travel one of my specialties. I believe that an important part of understanding the global society is the ability to learn about other cultures and ways of life, so I thoroughly enjoy designing complex itineraries and opening the “old world” to others.
One of the core values of Cruise and Travel Ventures, LLC is education. In addition to being the owner of the company and a vacation designer, I have also been an educator/administrator in public schools for the past 26 years. These dual aspects of my life merge to make me uniquely qualified to understand the possible constraints of travel during school vacations.
